1 | Backcountry ski or snowshoe Rogers Pass in Glacier National Park

Rogers Pass in Glacier National Park is a popular backcountry ski touring destination with an average of 14 m of snowfall a year. It is world renown for being backcountry skiing heaven. 2 | Ski Revelstoke Mountain Resort

Sitting on Mt. Mackenzie, Revelstoke Mountain Resort is known for its 1,710 meters (5,620 ft) of vertical drop, making it the longest vertical descent of any ski resort in North America. In terms of size, it is about the same as other major resorts, such as Breckenridge and Panorama, and about a third the size of Whistler-Blackcomb. When completed, it will have 10,000 acres (40 km2), which will make it the largest in North America.

Has become a favorite ski resort, even when the weather conditions have been socked in (fully submerged in clouds) every time we have been. 3 | See the Revelstoke Grizzlies hockey game

When in Canada, one must experience hockey. Revelstoke has a local junior team that play at the Revelstoke Forum and you can catch them Fridays and Saturdays if they are at home.
